My name is Amy Schrooten (pronounced with a long o sound) and as your residential real estate agent I can assist buyers, sellers, and investors with residential properties in Spokane and surrounding communities. My main service area (but not limited to) is within the popular Mead School District found a short commute north of Spokane.
Exit Real Estate North is a full service brokerage serving Spokane and surrounding areas. There is a great support system amongst the agents in the office should questions or issues should occur during your purchase or sale.
Educational Background of Amy Schrooten:
On top of my real estate license I have a BA in Art and Design with a minor in Housing from Iowa State University (Go Cyclones!). Having this education background gives me the ability to consult with sellers about the best way they can stage their homes, especially on a budget. My education also familiarized me with ADA concepts, various architecture styles, and design periods.
A Little bit about Amy Schrooten:
My family has experienced 3 major relocations, once being outside of the country. Because of these experiences, I do sympathize with homeowners who need to relocate for job or military reasons.
Between activities my family is involved with you will find me spending time in my sewing/art studio creating something or out in the yard picking fruits, herbs, or vegetables for preserving.
I look forward to working with you whether you are a first time home buyer, current homeowner, a military veteran, or have in interest in residential investment opportunities. Please contact me at 509-863-1237 or email@example.com or text Amy123 to 85377 for my Mobile Business Card™ for convenient access to my contact information.
